Ellis road neighborhood between marina and bus barn completely flooded in less than 5 hours. My fathers direct neighbor's foundation wall collapsed, and eventually flooded first floor.

I lived there many years ago but the rest of my family is still there and my mom lives off 11st. nw and it is pretty bad she is packed ready to go somewhere. We were just there in April and to see what I see today is shocking compares to then.

My grandpa lives a 2 blocks from ellis park in evacuation area. Only had a short time to leave his home at 87 years old and couldn't get the help needed to secure his belongings. Will he be able to access his home friday morning to get some things?
