Volunteers from the Foundation 2 Youth Shelter assisted in flood prevention efforts by creating sandbags at the public works building in Cedar Rapids Wednesday morning. Several staff and youth volunteers dressed in bright red t-shirts assisted other community volunteers to help control flooding.
