Stunning footage from Decorah

Upper Iowa River peaked at 17.9 feet earlier today. Two nursing homes have been evacuated as well as part of the west side of Decorah and much of the East side of Decorah. Video is taken at the College Drive bridge at noon Monday June 9. Pictures are from Sunday June 8 and Monday June 9.
