The pictures were taken June 5, 2008 by Matt Hacker in Iowa County around the town of Marengo.

Marengo, which is located in the north part of Iowa County, is notorious for getting flooded by the Iowa River. I thought that I would share a few of the pictures that I took of the area being flooded.

Having lived around Marengo my whole life, this year is starting to pan out to be another 1993 as far as flooding goes. I just hope that it doesn't get to that level again.
