Heavy rains Thursday and early Friday, May 29 and 30, caused flash flooding in parts of Delaware County. Over 4.5 inches of rain also impacted the Maquoketa River in Manchester, causing it to rise once again about 6 feet over flood stage. Water flowed over Highway 13 and surrounded local businesses. A special prayer for the folks in Manchester. Enough flooding is enough for us all this year.
