The only thing insurance covered for one of the business owners was the cars that were there, not the thousands of dollars in tools they lost.

Actually, that is incorrect. The business owners can't automatically afford to rebuild. Yes they have insurance like homeowners, but there's still a point when it comes out of the owners pocket and with this kind of flooding that will be happening.

I feel bad for the residents that live in that area not the business owners they can afford to rebuild or replace things that they lost. The business owners should think of helping out the other residents that have lost everything not just themselves
