We watched this Amish farmer tilling the soil with his tem of horses. In this picture he had just come to the end of the field and was taking a rest. If you have a chance to catch this work you will see that the farmer is toiling mightily what with handling the reins and maintaining his balance. This was shot West of Harmony, Minnesota

I find the Amish to be interesting, it feels as if your at a living history farms when seeing the Amish community. It is just amazing to me that people in the US are still living like this today.
