I was just walking along the sidewalk in Mount Vernon today, and happened to glimpse this interesting cloud effect. So I figured, why not take a picture, since I do have my camera with me? So I did. I also thought, maybe a meteorologist would like to inform me of what kind of cloud this is. That's really about it.
