Lights in the Sky the night of January 30th 2013 were caused by tiny ice crystals in the air, refracting the light from Cedar Rapids. This photo was taken on Moose Dr NW looking south east toward Cedar Rapids. The glimmer lasted all night and was still visible in the early hours of the morning.
