We've spotted this white hawk several times near Elkport, IA. I didn't realize how rare it was until my Dad (AKA the outdoorsman of the family) told me he's never seen one before. It's nearly all white, with only a small patch of gray on the underside of the wings. It's absolutely beautiful to see perched in the trees along the highway!
