This took place wednesday evening around 10:30 p.m. MY sister(Rachael Smith) and I(Kyle Carlton) were leaving our mothers(Christine Smith) house(across the street from Coolidge elementary) the night that the storm was rolling in. When We were just about to get into the car the sky lit up with a spectacular light immediletly followed by a thunderous "ka boom". The photo was taken by our mom's security camera(motion activated) above the garage wich had ben activated from the bright light. We had just finished watching Kcrg tv 9 news and heard there was a possibility of "thunder Snow" with the coming storm... it dindn't take us too long to find out. : )
