This adorable cat has been at the Tipton Friends of the Animals shelter for over TWO YEARS! Yes, two years! She's very cute and cuddly, so it's very surprising to all of us that she's still with us. Stella is spayed and ready to go home for only $25. We are a no-kill shelter, so all the animals stay with us until they find the home that's right for them.
