This Turkey has been in the tree since about 7:00 this morning according to neighbors in the area of 19th Avenue and 6th Street SW. He has been hanging around this area since the flooding began about 3 days ago. He is not a danger to anyone as he is still kind of human shy and he has not caused any problems to the people in the neighborhood.
