Saturday April 26, 2008 around 7:30 this morning the Maquoketa River had flooded various parts of Monticello, Iowa. Hardscrabble Rd is located on the northern edge of Monticello, Riverside Gardens is located in town near the the golf course, and River Rd. is located on the eastern side just outside of Monticello along Business HWY 151.
