Floods in Williamsburg

We were all watching to see if we would be able to get out of town. Two of the ways out of town, have bridges over the say stream, it looked like for a while the water was gonna go over the road. One truck was brave enough to try it and made it. It had to be a 4 x 4 and had really tall wheels, they only had 2 inches before it came into the cab where they were sitting.
