i took the picture and it was the women officer. Her and the dog were standing by the car when i drove by its to bad i didnt get her in the picture

that would be officer garrison lives in belle plaine. hopefully he got a failure to maintain control ticket because if that was you or me we would have. there should be no exception for law enforcement officers!!
