The sky was equally ablaze with brilliant color in the morning and at evening on Wednesday, October 17, 2012. The first image shows sunrise as seen from N. 18th Avenue in Hiawatha, near Progress Drive. The second image is a capture of sunset as taken from the parking lot at Noelridge Christian Church in NE Cedar Rapids.
