This isolated but severe-warned storm cell is seen around 5:50 PM, Tuesday, September 4, 2012 from Wileys Road, just west of North Center Point Road about 4 miles north of Center Point, Iowa. The storm was located about 65 miles to the northeast and about 10 miles southeast of Waukon in Allamakee County.
