Two car accident near Solon, Friday evening at the intersection of Hwy 382 and Oak Ave. Driver of SUV disappeared. Police searched the area. Air ambulance transported injured.

we were the first car on site. We were literally right behind the blue suv that got hit by the silver suv. The driver was a young black male who did flee the scene. The driver of the silver suv was uninjured the other three in silver suv were.

Why hasn't there been any coverage of this. I've heard it was a hit and run with a stolen vehicle, and the two occupants of the hit car were very severely injured. Apparently the young male stole another car and fled to Cedar Rapids. Report?
