Missing From Muscatine, Iowa Since 5/18/2012 Possibly in Texas Please Help Find Katelyn Coulter

Katelyn Coulter, 15, was reported missing on Friday, May 18 by her parents. In the report, her parents state that she might have left with Pedro Noel Dehoyos III, age 22, out of state. The police officer at the high school caught Pedro on school property trying to pick her up and drop her off. He may have taken her to Texas. He drives a White New Yorker, the car has a dent in the front bumper.

Pedro is a suspected drug trafficker, who was arrested in Wells, Nevada in October 2011 after a vehicle he was driving was stopped and found to contain over 7 pounds of marijuana. A photo of Pedro can be viewed at: http://bloximages.chicago2.vip.townnews.com/elkodaily.com/content/tncms/assets/v3/editorial/8/d2/8d2dfba6-eea9-11e0-8a1c-001cc4c002e0/4e8b3a50b92ee.preview-300.jpg

Anyone with information is asked to contact Whitni Wethington of the Muscatine Police Department at 563-263-9922 or the Muscatine County Sheriff's Office at 563-263-6055 or toll free at the Missing Person Information Clearinghouse Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation 1-800-346-5507.

Please Share her flyer with your friends. A online flyer is a excellent way to get the word out about a Missing Person. With todays technology it can be viewed literally anywhere, computers, Ipads, Cell phones, forwarded, downloaded and printed, etc. You can also tag your friends to the flyer which is another good way to spread the word quickly about a missing person.

She wasn't found, she came home. You cant lose what is not lost. She left on her own, she was a runaway, that's why there was never an amber alert issued. The police did all they could and all the family did was critisize law enforcement

She should have been escorted home by law enforcement. The man should have been booked at the same time, not come home on your own terms. The Coulter Family did good and probably better than law enforcement when it came to trying to find her.

*The Truth* She was a runaway minor that was with an adult. Just like the Rosie Orr case, she also ran away as well, please explain what the difference is here?

I agree with Truth. Maybe she shouldnt be hanging around 22 year old drug addicts ...

I hate to tell you farmboy but driving w/marijuana in a car is a far cry from a drug addict. Have you ever been in the real world? Have you seen a real drug addict. It didn't say he was arrested for smoking pot, but if so, its hardly a drug addiction
