Rings of Saturn? Satellite explosion?

Not sure what this really is, but was taken on the night of the solar eclipse and when the satellite was shot down.

Wasn't that thing shot down over the Pacific Ocean?

A) That looks nothing like a LUNAR eclipse, or planetary rings and it would be seriously unlikely to be the satellite explosion. Wasn't that after the eclipse anyways?
