My husband and I had to stay home from work today because our road was drifted shut. We live just North of County Home Road on Stone Road which is about 4 miles from the IA-13 and County Home Road intersection. We decided to hike down and take some pictures of the snow drifts to prove to everyone at work that we were really truly snowed in. This photo is a composite of two photos - one with me on the snow drift, the other standing on a little patch of the road still exposed next to the snow drift.
