The picture was taken in McGregor, Iowa, on May 26, 2012 at the memorial service of Naval Commander Jack "Blackjack" Slyfield. The Warbird Flyover and Missing Man Formation was performed by pilots in CJ6-A's and an A-4 Skyhawk. Blackjack flew a variety of fighter jets during World War II, the Korea war and the Vietnam War.
