Eurasian Collared Doves?

Eurasian Collared Dove Sighting

I first saw one of these on the deck railing last weekend and tonight a pair was at the feeder. I believe they are Eurasian Collared Doves, they look much like the Mourning Dove but are about 50% larger. From what I have read is that they are quickly populating most areas of the US and are quite adapatable.

I had a pair of collared doves in my yard in West Branch earlier this spring. They are larger than mourning doves without the long tail. I think they have escaped or been released as they are often kept as pets.
