This is in response to the above mentioned article that was on Gazette On-line on 2/3/2008. This accident happened on 2/2/08 at 1:30AM in the morning. What the article fails to tell you is that the driver was going more then 50 MPH and alcohol may have been a factor and that he had no proof of car insurance and that after hitting the victims vehicle, he then proceeded to hitting the victims fence which was very close to the home. He then tried to back up and leave the scene of the accident.
