Albino squirrel??

Walking out of the house this morning I noticed four of these bleach white tailed squirrels playing around the trunk of the tree. In 30 years I've never seen a squirrel like this before. If anyone knows more about this, I'd love to learn.

We have a family of those Squirrels in our yard in Algona also. We saw the closest looking squirrel online is the Kabib but their suppose to be near Ponderosa Pines???
