On April 9th, 2012, just before 4pm. A car rolls over and rest upside down on South Lucas St. in Iowa City. The driver was turning off Kirkwood Ave. onto S. Lucas. Not sure how the car got over turned, my guess would be turning to fast and clipping the curb. But the driver of the car and passenger came out of the incident ok. No serious injuries.
