Many sirens of all forms (ambulance, fire, police) heard and seen in large cluster Southwest Cedar Rapids. Large flames/explosion seen, flames were put out. Flames seen roughly at 1220am 3/16/2012. Emergency vehicle flashing lights still on scene with a bright work light.
