This afternoon the wind turbine at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids was blowing in the 30+mph winds while snow squalls were coming down.

Are you sure it's a bad bearing? How far are you from the Wind Turbine. There was a lawsuit in Libertyville, IL because of all the noise the wind turbine caused there.

I sure hope they fix the bad bearings on the windmill soon the thing just howels when running and I live quite a ways away. contact me and you can come listen to the noise from my deck
