Break in on Governor

I don't know the entire story. A friend had texted me and sent me a video of him driving by, said that he saw officers with guns drawn, shotguns rifles and all. I couldn't drive by the time I got there they had already blocked off the road far beyond where I had taken the video. But apparently a man had broken into a home while they owners were in it or just outside, I don't know that situation exactly, but he supposedly had a firearm. The police were called and almost every officer on duty was there. I counted 6 squad cars and 3 SUVs, K9 units. All on the road and that was just infront of the house, there were a few more blocking the roads. When I arrived they had been there for almost an hour and a half.
