Hi Kcrg my name is Amizah Jalumin, so i dont know where to begin.. i was walking around hy-vee on first ave getting grocries with my mom my daughter and my little sister... were in there for about 30 minutes, all of a sudden i feel a tap on my shoulder i turn around and honestly i was scared for a second because i didnt know who this man was.. all of a sudden he says "I just want to wish you a merry christmas." i said thank you, merry christmas to you too.. and he reached for my hand. so as i give him my hand to shake he takes his other hand while holding my hand and reaches in his pocket and pulls out a 100 dollar bill. i was so shocked i tried to give it back but he refused to take it. he told me "take this and go get your daughter some more christmas presents!" i didnt know what to say but thank you and hug him. when he walked on he did the same to this other woman behind me. and when i turned around with tears in my eyes there he was coming up behind my mother and did the same. as were walking up to the check-out lane there he is again doing the same as he did to me to a whole bunch of others. this man was seriously an angel. it really made me think for a second. this man went to the (hate to say it) but pooriest populatioin store and gave what he had to give. He touched me so much and i dont even know his name. it just goes to show that there are people out there that do care, even if they dont know you. and christmas is about giving doesnt even have to be materialistic things it could be as simple as a hug. merry christmas everybody.
the reason i want this story on the news is because this man touched me and i dont know who he is and thought this would be the best way to thank this beautiful man that had such a big impact on my life today.
