18,000 Lights Set to Music

Since we bought our first house over 10 years, our family has been following that tradition and putting up a static light display for Christmas. Last year, in January, we decided to step it up and add music and animation to our display. So, we went from about 2,000 lights to 18,000 lights and added computer control and audio to our display on our home just a mile north of Center Point, Iowa. It's been a big time investment to set it all up and prepare the computer animation, but the smiles we've seen on our visitors' faces have made all the sore muscles and late nights worth it.
