Last weekend my ten year old son, Devin and I took a drive up Highway 13, through Clayton County then into Praire Du Chein and Gays Mills WI to view the beautiful fall colors. Right into Gays Mills you cross the bridge into town and there is a little campground/picnic spot next to the river/dam. My son and I eat lour picnic lunch there each year then he explores the river banks. We went up at the perfect time, the colors were at their peak.
