This was casused by the storm in Oelwein, IA after 2:00am on Sept 3, 2011. This was on 4th Ave SE. The street was blocked off and they didn't get it cleared un til 11:30am because they were working on other damage. They said this was the worst damage from early morning storm in Oelwein, IA
