While on my way to work I managed to snap a picture using my phone's camera. As you can see, a semi got caught under the tip of the blade of the wind turbine. Several of the pieces have been passing through Dubuque for the last week or so and this looks like it should have been a routine delivery until a semi driver did not clear the height limit of the blade. As seem in the photo, the axis of the blade had shifted, which would explian the reports of flat tires on the trailer.
