Early Saturday morning roughly around 12:45 am the new building being constructed off of 6th Ave se in cedar rapids across from metro high school and just up the block from crime house caught fire fire offices are not certain of the cause yet but are investigating... word has said that the fire starred on the far side closest to 1st Ave. No one was injured in the blaze.
