Flash Flood in East Dubuque, IL

The flash flood has taken this whole road out. It is now a big ditch again as it was hundreds of years ago. The road eroded and left a crater about thirty feet deep. But as you follow the ditch down it is about forty feet deep all taken out by the rain. This happened near Presidential Manor and Badger Road in East Dubuque, IL. Pictures can not even explain the disaster that will take months to fix.
