I took this a month or so ago, was driving home and passed this raccoon eating another raccoon. I thought at first that maybe it was a raccoon trying to help another raccoon, possibly the mother. However as I got closer, the raccoon was eating the other. I had to go get my camera per I had never seen this before. I did google it to see if it is normal and I could not find anything to suggest it was normal at all. We think the one was dead, and the other was rabid.
