orange orb slowly moving across the sky

i was outside having a cigarette looking at the lightning tonight (7-22-11) and noticed this orange orb slowly moving across the sky in dubuque, it looked like a balloon or a parachuter and it looked to be on fire moving south at a very slow rate and then stops and dims and gets brighter and does the same thing over and over and then just disappears, i have also seen these on july 3rd and 4th 10 or 15min AFTER both fireworks displays on the river and at the golf course on south grandview and on those dates there were 5 or 6 of these...UFO's flying around at once, i have no idea what they are but they have also been seen around the continent and possibly the world!! hopefully someone can give us some explanation on what they are...ive been looking online and there are sites with people saying they spotted these and videos on youtube, 1 video in particular is this one, UFO WAVE : AMAZING FOOTAGE OF MASS UFO ARMADAS AND ORB FLEETS WORLDWIDE! (JULY 2011) HD...look at this and they all have the same dates... i dont know if its government or aliens or what but this is the third time i have seen this and still i am clueless as to what this is

My neighbors and I both saw strange lights in the sky around Davenport, Iowa on July 10th at 10:00PM. There were 7 to 10 of them and they'd go up and down and sometimes in a line across the sky and after 10 minutes just disappeared altogether.

I've been seen a bunch of those every night. They been saying that UFO actividy has been the highest ever been in any year. Like by the first month of 2012 200 sighting.
