Firemen arrive to battle blaze

A fire that seemed to begin on the back porch soon engulfed the whole back of a Marion home Tuesday evening. Within ten minutes firemen were on the scene battling the blazes.

The close, family-friendly neighborhood just across the street from Hand in Hand childcare poured out to watch the fire destroy the home.

One young lady wept in the street while her friend, neighbors and a police officer comforted her.

Eerily the fire damage was nearly undetectable from the front view of the home.
