The video shows the Mapleton tornado on the ground from inside our chase vehicle SE of the town. The photo shows our team of storm chasers at Sumac Avenue and 170th St, three miles SE of Mapleton. Our continued chase into the night encountered at least ten tornadoes, some stovepipe-shaped and several wedges.
