I took this picture on Friday Nov. 23rd using my Digital Camera and Tri-pod. After I looked on the NASA website i found out that very high clouds that have Ice Crystals in them refracts the light at 22 degrees. NASA claims that this is common but I do not recall seeing it but maybe 2 times a year.
