About 250 people, including firefighters, law enforcement personnel, radio operators and the general public attended the free severe weather spotter training seminar for Linn County on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the St. Mark's Faith and Life Center. The training was conducted by Quad Cities NWS Warning Coordination Meteorologist Donna Dubberke (center, background), and put an emphasis on identification of wall clouds and rotation.
