The Ice storm of 2007 hit and pretty much everyone in eastern iowa lost power for a few days, longer in the rural communities, i think it was over a week for my cousin in Wellman. This picture is of my pergola just a few hours after it started. The next one is of my 5 year old son just after we dug out of the blizzard that dumped 18ish inches of snow on us overnight, that is A LOT of snow. And last is a really cool storm moving in
