I noticed how bright the moon was through my living room window tonight, so I stepped outside with my Nikon D3000 and 70-300mm telephoto lens and took this shot. What a beautiful night to end a beautiful day! Hope it's shining brightly for everyone!! When my daughter was a toddler, she called it the "moona!" Not sure why she added the extra syllable to the end of it, but it was cute.
