This was the scene as viewed from my vehicle on C Avenue NE at the intersection of Boyson Road around 9:45 PM, Tuesday, February 1, 2011. Blizzard conditions were in full gear with winds gusting over 30 mph accompanied by heavy snow. This view looks south with HyVee Drugstore at the right.
