US 30 Bypass Partially Open At Tama

For what appears to be the first day, the US 30 bypass around Tama and Toledo is open east of US 63. Westbound motorists were being diverted to the new lanes as of this afternoon, though they are being forced to exit at US 63 and go back to the old route while work on the new route continues.
