Car Accicent & Rollover in Waterloo

This occurred just after 2:00PM as I was heading over to my dad's place outside of Waterloo, from my apartment in Cedar Falls.

This was located where highway 57 meets up with Broadway street (just past Airport Blvd).

The accident happened literally, not even 30 seconds prior to me pulling up to it. Judging by the red car bumper in the middle of the road, and how people were looking down into the creek/ditch, I am assuming it was a 2 car accident with one of the cars flipping onto it's side and the other going into the ditch. The car on it's side looks like a Police Transport vehicle of some sort.
