I lived in Manchester for most of my teen years. I have many friends and family members still live in and around Manchester. My heart goes out to all who have been effected by the floods there.

i used to live in manchester in 1972 i now live in califorina i no longer have family or friends their, but still have interest in what is happening there,i pray all of you are safe with all the flooding i will always be from manchester.
