We were driving west on Highway 20 and saw the overturned semi. This was in the westbound lanes of Highway 20 between Dubuque and Peosta at about a quarter after 5 p.m. today.

amazing...I drew through there around 9:30 am that day and it was sunny and beautiful out - not a cloud in the sky!

Yes, I was there...this semi went around us while we were pulled over, you could not see 2 feet in front of you, I thought we were possibly in a tornado, wind was horrible, rain so bad you could not see and then came the hail..it was very scary!

i wonder if the truck tipped from the storm that took down a tree at our house. there was hail the size of a marbles. it took two hrs to clean up! so tired now.
